Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

30-Day Easy Returns

Return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened and lightly used products are accepted, provided they are in good condition and free from damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Fast Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears in your account.

Original Payment Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding any payment processing fees, if applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.
